LIKE

 Like is used to say what something or someone looks/is like. Like, as a preposition, is used;

  • before a noun or pronoun,
  • to say that two things are similar.

  • The meat smells like fish.
  • I look like my father.
  • Mary works like a slave.
  • It was a small animal like a Mouse.
  • The girl runs like a rabbit.
